There was a time in my life when I felt really weak, defeated and felt hopeless of the situation that I was in. However, in that time, God answered me with His Message: (April 13, 1990)
“My lamb, I always knew you weak and this is why I have chosen you, weakness attracts Me;
My Power is at its best in weakness; trials you shall always have, but these are for your growth, I want you strong, I want you to be able to face difficulties with prudence; I want you to glorify Me
be alert always; I am with you and I shall sustain your falls”
I changed a lot from the time He called me. It was a day when I really felt nothing, a nobody; (“be nothing so that He may be Everything; allow Him in this way to take full possession of you and make out of you His Property;”) (Our Mother, March 18, 1991) I felt like a real zero and all these feelings made me know the real meaning of humility before God. That ‘call’ truly taught me to submit all of me to Him and make Him control everything. He was all in me, for me and with me. He became my Everything. I was full of faith! And it was the best feeling in the world to feel like I was just a body standing on earth; I was totally detached from the world. It’s really the best feeling when you have “ALL THE FAITH, ALL THE HOPE and ALL THE LOVE” for Him and His plans for you.
“Father, Beloved One, I need You to augment
my faith,
my love,
my hope,
that I may glorify Your Holy Name again, amen.”
I also consider them my Holy Team. In every ‘battle,’ They’re my Team-mates. And it always amazes me when I remember the battles we had when, in our team, I was really, really weak. there was one team-mate who showed up, just to tell me that I shouldn’t lose hope; it was Mother Mary. I believe it was Our Mother who appeared to me in a dream I had when I was half asleep.
I also always remember Their Presence in this way: “God, Mother Mary, Papa Jesus – Sto. Nino and Guardian Angel.” I mention Them once in a while. Surprisingly, I read in one of God’s Messages wherein He said:
“…be reassured My child; I, Jesus Christ, your Mother, the saints and your guardian angel are all beside you, do not fear, your Abba is your Strength and your Shelter; you are very precious to Me My child;” (August 4, 1991)
It’s like the words I say out of abundant faith come from Him/the Holy Spirit…
Those are just some of His Miracles in my life. Everyday is always a day to see God’s Miracle in my life.

How has True Life in God helped you in your life?
TLIG gives me a new dimension of the presence of Jesus in my life. After reading the messages, the presence of Jesus is within me always. He increases my spirituality; the teaching to Vassula is my teaching. In the way Jesus talks in the messages, I feel that He loves me and all people. I abandon myself more and more to him and I have the most Holy Companion in my life.
What is one of your favourite messages and why?
January 9, 1996 because of the teaching on the Holy Spirit. The pouring of the Holy Spirit transforms us. We understand ourselves as we are: naked and that we have grieved Jesus; we weep on our sins and thereon we aspire only after heavenly things. The message explains what these heavenly things are.
What convinced you that the True Life in God message is authentic and from Jesus Christ?
That is an important question, but my answer is quite simple: Nobody other than Jesus can say the words we read in the messages. Nobody can ask us to love him with tearful eyes as He does, and say that He is a furnace of love for us.
Jesus says in the Gospel that the sheep recognize their shepherd; and I recognize Jesus, the Gentle Saviour, in the messages to Vassula.
Why do you believe the spirituality of True Life in God is so important for our times now?
TLIG is a very big gift to us in our time because Jesus, on the way of his return, comes to us, his remnant, directly through these messages and teaches us as the highest priest; He does this for the renewal of his church, which lies in ruin today.
