Formal reports, speeches, photos and written reflections are being worked on but in the meantime here are a few facts about the Pilgrimage:

Number of people who people attended: 750 including local people
Number of clergy: 107 (some could not come because of visa problems )
Countries Represented: 60
Denominations : 20

Theodora from Athens Greece the Volunteer who worked very long and hard to organize the event reported to the e-news: ” Even though it was a challenging trip I really admired those who had knee and back problems and all our senior pilgrims (we had at least three above 90 years old). They did not complain and made an effort to attend all the excursions.”

Ahuva Zaken Senior Deputy Director General – at the Israel Ministry of Tourism presented Vassula a framed award certificate: ” A Tourism Goodwill Ambassador for Israel. ”

While in Nazareth the group was welcomed by the Mayor of Nazareth Mr. Ramez Jaraisy.
