Poem on the Quest of Wisdom
My foot has pursued a straight path,
I have sought her ever since my youth
By bowing my ear a little, I have received her,
and have found much instruction.

Scouting? Scouting in a forest? — No!
Scouting in a big city? — No!
Hmmm…
We are going “to scout” our own life path: Many of the young people in our groups or around us have still doubts if they have a vocation for religious life or for marriage. Or they simply fear to make a decision. This fear can come out of various reasons, for example: one can be severely wounded by the own family. This camp, lead by Fr. Stefan Park, Augustinian vocation director, will be an offer for help to find out the right path or to receive healing if necessary. This camp is open for young adults whatever denomination they are. The talks will focus on marriage and religious life with the possibility to discuss and share openly all issues around these themes in the light of the Bible and the TLIG Messages.
During this week we will have a three days bicycle pilgrimage to a Marian shrine to ask Our Blessed Mother for Her intercession in our intentions. The whole week will be a plea for help to our Family in Heaven which for sure will not fail you to discover God’s will and plan for your life, a plan which is ever so exciting!
Vassula, January 6, 1991: (Later on my eyes were wandering all over the icons and the frescoes on the walls. I was thinking: “Wow! Look at all this great Holy Family and that one day we will make part of it. Angels, Saints, our Holy Mother, and the Holy Trinity. What a wonderful Holy Family!” And my soul longed to be with them already, to be part of the family and be in constant adoration to the Holy Trinity.)
O God! Let me be part of this Celestial Family!
So pray for me Holy Angels, pray for me to be with you
in heaven one day and join you together
with the saints, in a constant adoration
to the Holy One.
Pray for me,
Saints of the Most High,
to learn to love God to perfection.
O sweet Holy Mother
intercede for me and teach me
to be submissive to my Father
and obedient,
that I may do His Will.
