TLIG Rome Conference and Pilgrimage 15th to the 21st May 2001
Immediate registration and payment are requested wherever possible to enable hotel deposits to be paid.
Full details of the speakers and the programme for the conference will become available later.
PROGRAMME
Tuesday 15 May: Arrivals.
- Wednesday 16 May
- participation at the Holy Father’s public audience and his blessing.
Wednesday to Friday, 16th – 18 May
Visits with own language tour guides to the most important places reflecting the history of Christianity:
The world famous Colosseum. St Peters/Basilica of St Paul outside the walls (where St Paul’s tomb is held)/Santa Maria Maggiore /Sistine Chapel. Vatican museums/the Christian Catacombs.
We will have religious services in these places and pray together in the places of the first Christian martyrs.
We will prepare ourselves spiritually for the two-day conference.
19th and 20th May International Conference
“The Prophetic Spirit pushes towards Unity”
The conference will be all day Saturday and Sunday.
Besides Vassula, other testimonies from contemporary prophecies will participate in this conference.
A full detailed programme of the conference will be available on the web site in the next few weeks.

Accommodation will be in a four star Hotel in Rome.

The cost includes full board accommodation, all organised tours with guides in different languages. Transport from the airport to the hotel and back. Access to the Conference Hall.
During the conference the following simultaneous translations will be available in the following languages:
English/French/Spanish/Portuguese/German/Italian.
This conference will also be open to local Italians.
For those that wish to prolong their stay in Rome, a hotel reservation for the following days after the 21st of May could be arranged. Requests should be made directly to Francis Mifsud in Rome at: [email protected].
This service does not form part of the pilgrimage/Conference package but will be organised only by the local Tlig association on a courtesy basis and according to availability of hotel rooms at the time of request.
The same hotel where all the group will be residing is ready to offer further accommodation. Prices for these prolonged hotel accommodation will be given on request.
According to Italian legislation all visa requests should be made, by the individual concerned, to the Italian Embassy in the country of residence of the applicant.
Therefore it is the responsibility of each participant to check and request with the local Italian Embassy for all requirements. Particular attention should be given for those that transit through other European countries (for example like Germany) on their way to Rome because in this case they need a ‘Shengen’ visa. If they inform the Italian Embassy that they will be transiting through another European country, the Italian Embassy will, in that case, issue a ‘Shengen’ visa. A ‘Shengen’ visa is a single visa for all European Shengen member countries.

Also those that may arrive by bus from northern Europe should communicate their scheduled arrivals.
