A letter from Vassula

Accompanying the following message from Vassula, a separate email has been sent, explaining the origin of Beth Myriams and providing details of how to contribute to their support.

There is a high demand to help Ukraine. Ukraine’s orphans are abandoned and are roaming the streets because many orphanages have closed down. They live in gangs underground.

Fr Rolf Philip Schönenberg, from Switzerland, asked both my permission and that of the Orthodox Patriarchate to give us permission to open a Beth Myriam there in Ukraine. The Patriarchate wrote back offering a dining hall and a kitchen within the Patriarchate premises. There is no cutlery, utensils or food etc provided, so this Beth Myriam has to be established as well as all the other BM’s that we are trying to find out about.

As there is no TLIG group there as of yet, we will have to employ 2 women for cooking. Some of us who might be interested might even go there for a few days to see how things are running. This might be a way to be introducing the messages and even find someone who might translate the messages in Ukrainian.

Salaries in Eastern countries are very low. I am going to Romania now and hopefully a BM will be opened. Hopefully I will meet with Patriarch Teoctist with whom I’ll discuss this matter. The Eastern countries are really poor and I feel that the Lord is indicating them to me with His Finger. This is why it is important to have one budget in our family for ALL these Beth Myriams and not only focus on one individual BM but divide equally or at least where it is needed and accordingly. Faith is nothing unless it is proven by acts of love and this is what The Lord is teaching us all after many years of spiritual nourishment to bring forth and show our love by helping those poor and needy.

It is important for me to have, as soon as possible, a report of each B.M. For example: who runs it; do they have Mass before? (I am not saying that

this is necessary, I just want to know). Are the messages read there,
are the messages known there, all details are important. What exactly
does go on there etc. Any information is useful. I need good pictures.
