Testimonies 7 (A GIFT AND A LESSON)

The following testimony describes one of the less frequently reported phenomena associated with Vassula’s meetings. The name and location of the writer is missing, as is the date of the testimony but it provides a valuable lesson.

A GIFT AND A LESSON

I was all ears, listening to Vassula Ryden present our Lord’s message when a few people behind.me started commenting to each other
about the sun. My friend Fafico, sitting next to me, wanted to know what was going on. “It’s just the miracle of the sun” I said, somewhat disparagingly. Inside, I felt happy: I’m not the type to be going everywhere looking for signs. I don’t need to see, I believe! Besides, I was not sure this was really happening.

People want these types of things to happen and they end up seeing what they want to see. Not becoming elated by the miracle made me feel self righteous as I remembered a similar incident in Montana Santa, when Medjugorje visionary Marija indicated that it was more important to pay attention to the heavenly message than to watch these signs,

HOWEVER…… something (I guess it was my Guardian Angel) made me stand up and that’s when I saw it:

And for a split-second I was confused, as I wondered what

time it was already, because a huge and beautiful full moon was out.

Immediately, I realized this was not the moon. It was the color of the moon, it was round like a full moon but it was clean and beautiful and holy, like the Holy Host. And then it moved upwards and sideways to the center of the heavenly stage. There, the solar disk became dark as a halo of colors swirled at lightning speed around it.

All this time I just stood there, feeling the greatest joy, thanking Abba for one more gift of love to His children. and also for teaching me a lesson in humility.
