After a slow start, the USA is finally beginning to wake up and organizers are getting events going for new witness meetings all over the country. This is particularly strong in the Northeast region. Sara Annuziata who answers the phones for the American Association of TLIG has already “booked” over 10 events in the next 3 months alone. Though starting out small sometimes, at least finally these events are starting!!! Below is a report of a recent event where the speaker was Georgia Klamson.

Georgia Reports:

On Saturday, March 3rd, 2007 a witness event was held and hosted by Sister Mary Katherine of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Nazareth, Kalamazoo, MIchigan.

It was held in the Best Western. We had a spirit filled event that was very fruitful. We started the talk with a 10 minute video of Vassula speaking and a slide presentation with photos of how True Life in God has been spreading over the past 20 years. This was followed by a talk of different topics from the True Life in God messages with subjects that included: Repentance, Being Intimate with God, Dying to one’s self, The mercy of God, The Unceasing Prayer, Our lady, and Unity. A 12 minute video of what True Life in God is presently doing for Unity (which had taken place in Lebanon) was also shown.

A priest, a deacon and a few nuns came to the event as well as lay people. People were so enthused and purchased the books and CD’s that were available. Each person received a small package with material and a complimentary book for coming. Some comments from the people ranged from a man who enjoyed the presentation very much and one lady who said she had heard of TLIG and had been praying for someone to come to Kalamazoo to share the messages there. Another lady commented on hearing from the messages of how The Father is described and how present He is which brought her to uncontrollable tears.

Two lovely ladies prepared some food, desserts and beverages. They also brought beautiful roses and other flowers that brightened up the room. They were so thankful that we travelled so far to share this “Love Hymn” from our Lord. They invited us to return in October. God willing, we hope to return to those lovely and gracious people.
