In support of TLIG

Here are 2 items. The first is a message from Niels Christian Hvidt. The second is an example of the kind of item that Vassula was requesting in her messages of 29th January and 1st February sent to this mailing list.
Dear friends, Following the last e-mail of Béatrice, Antonis and myself, I would just like to add what an impression it made to receive Vassula’s request to collect material on TLIG in what she calls a TLIG CV and get organized better in this way. Béatrice, Antonis and I have been killing ourselves to work for exactly such co-ordination of the many talents found among us during the last many weeks (I have over 100 e-mails from Antonis and Béatrice). If you knew about our efforts, you would understand how much I personally agree with Vassula. In fact, receiving her request was a tremendous encouragement. When we saw it, we said ? wow: What timing, what a confirmation that what we are doing is inspired by the Lord. We had foreseen a Working Team collecting exactly what Vassula had requested. As we said in our former e-mail, the aim is not to create any structure, as TLIG is not a movement or an organization but a call from our Lord to his people. But we have an obligation to do what we can in a focused way to allow the many talents God has bestowed upon readers of TLIG to multiply. We need to use the ammunitions and weapons as Vassula says, which are those articles and testimonies that the Lord has not lacked in generosity to give us, but that we have been sleeping on for years. Vassula has definitely been inspired by the Lord to draw everyone’s eyes on these and use them now. The race is not over and we are all in a race. Those that believe that anyone of us needs to rest are being deceived. No one rests when one works for God, but rather finds his rest and peace when working for the Sacred Heart on which we lean on, while drawing the zeal and fervour from It, to go forward and defend the Lord’s Interests
With the best wishes and greetings,
Niels Christian

JUDGEMENT OF THE WRITING ENTITLED ?CANTICLE OF THE BRIDEGROOM?, ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DOCTRINAL COMMISSION OF THE MEXICAN EPISCOPAL CONFERENCE (CEM)
A GROUP OF CATHOLIC LAITY FROM THE CITY OF GUADALAJARA, GAVE ME A WRITING ENTITLED ?CANTICLE OF THE BRIDEGROOM?, BY MRS. VASSULA RYDEN, SO THAT, IN MY POSITION AS PRESIDENT OF THE DOCTRINAL COMMISSION OF THE CEM, I WOULD ISSUE A JUDGEMENT ON THE CONTENT OF SAME.
IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REQUEST, AND AFTER A DETAILED REVIEW OF THE MATERIAL, I WITNESS THAT I DO NOT FIND IN THE SAME ANY STATEMENT OR DOCTRINE THAT COULD BE AGAINST, OR IN DISAGREEMENT WITH, THE CATHOLIC FAITH. IT IS A COLLECTION OF MYSTICAL MEDITATIONS, VERY WELL EXPOUNDED, THAT COULD HELP CATHOLICS GROW IN THEIR SPIRITUAL LIFE AND ALSO HELP THEM FIND A PROPER PATH TO CHRISTIAN SANCTITY.
I BELIEVE IT IS PERTINENT TO CLARIFY THAT THIS JUDGEMENT IS STRICTLY CONFINED TO THE WRITING ITSELF, AND THAT BY NO MEANS DOES IT EXTEND TO THE BELIEFS OF THE AUTHOR.
